Hello, Filen community!

In November 2024, we gave our website, web app, and desktop client a major overhaul, along with updates to our documentation. Now that you’ve had some time to explore the improvements, we want to hear from you. Your opinions matter, and they will help us make Filen even better, ensuring we provide the most secure, user-friendly, and privacy-focused service possible.

We’ve created a short User Satisfaction Survey to gather your thoughts on everything new (~5 min). This is your chance to share what you love, what could be better, and any ideas you have for future features.

As always, you can once again participate in our latest giveaway at the end of the survey. This time, we’re giving away 3 plans: one Pro III and two Pro I Lifetime plans, with three winners in total. The winners will be selected ~30 days after the survey’s initial release.
